v14 Live on Patreon and BlueSky Stuff!!

Hey all,

So a couple quick things I wanted to keep people in the loop on:

Revamp v14 on Patreon!

A pretty consistent question that I get usually pertains to when the next update is coming out. Revamp v14 just dropped on my Patreonpage today in the $5 donation tier. That means we'll be seeing it over here on itch.io in 3 weeks on December 10 for FREE. v14 is the first 1/3 of Chapter 7 and contains over 300 new pics, much smoother writing, new music, 5 animations, and completely redone water textures for the swimming pool throughout the entire game. Up until now, I've been somewhere around 2 months per Revamp update but Chapter 7 had some pretty big hurdles to get over and it's significantly longer than the previous chapters so I split it into 3 separate updates. This should give me time to add more animation content and take a little more time upgrading all the new environments that pop up in that chapter. I'll drop another update over here on December 10 when it drops-- until then, it's just over on the Patreon page.

BlueSky

So it's no secret that Twitter has had... problems... and many users are finally starting to move to other platforms. While I've had a BlueSky page for over a year, I was stuck using Twitter until more people started to move. It seems that's finally happening so I wanted to pass along the new contact information. For now I'll still periodically be using Twitter but only checking it maybe once a day. You'll find me more frequently on BlueSky now at https://bsky.app/profile/aarynstr8.bsky.social. If you're new to BlueSky, it's pretty similar to Twitter but instead of depending on Twitter to fill your feed for you, you get to make your own-- which is kindof a learning curve at first. The site also has over 20 million people on it now so the servers have been a bit wonky lately as they deal with the influx. So be patient but for those interested, I'd love to have you join me and if you need help, you can always message me on there and we can try and figure it out together.

BlueSky also has things called Starter Packs and Lists where you can click on someone's profile and look at the prebuilt packs they've built and use that as a way to find new creators. I have one related to adult game devs right now (and yes there's one for Sonic the Hedgehog news there because I'm a fanboy) but I'm sure I'll be making more in the future.

BlueSky Adult Gay Game Dev Feed

The last thing I wanted to mention is the Adult Game Dev Feed that I made on Bluesky. You can follow this feed and pin it. This will pull in all posts in BlueSky that use common hashtags to promote adult gay-themed indie games. This feed is for creators, players, or streamers alike to have a one-stop-shop to advertise for free and find new adult gay game creators. If you're interested, be sure to pin it and smash that Like button. The more people we get liking it, the more attractive it will become for others to join and that benefits all of us. You can also share it by going to the feed and clicking the 3 dots in the top right to get a link that you can post to your own followers. This is a great way to help promote your favorite creators and the best part is it only takes a few seconds and it's FREE to do. If you're having a hard time finding that, here's the full link you can just copy/paste wherever:
